When you make a booking with Bosworth Apartments you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.
Bookings can be made by e-mail, telephone or from the booking form. Once you have made your initial enquiry, we will confirm availability with you and agree your stay in writing.

All bookings need to be confirmed and accepted by you in writing and payment made for the first part of the Calendar month of your stay. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Once payment is complete your booking will be made.
Payment must be paid for before arrival, except by prior arrangement.
For bookings made for more than three weeks we take a security deposit of the cost of one weeks stay. For longer stays we take a security deposit of the cost of 4 weeks rental. The
security deposit is returned to you after departure.
For short breaks (less than one week) you can book no more than three weeks prior to your arrival date.
All heating, electricity, water utilities and weekly cleaning are included in the price.
All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided, as are self-catering facilities.
Pets that are well-behaved are welcome to stay at a cost of £30 each pet per week. Pets are not allowed to be left all day unattended in any Apartment unless arrangements are made.
The tenant will be responsible for costs of any breakages and damage that has been caused by a tenant or by their pets.
The Landlord will not be responsible or accept liability for injury to, or loss of private property while staying at Bosworth Apartments.
In the event you cancel your booking your deposit is forfeited.
We reserve the right to charge full rental if you cancel your booking less that 4 weeks prior to arrival unless the Apartment is re-let. We recommend that you take out an Insurance cover in the eventuality that this happens. If we are able to re-let the Apartment will refund you your balance (less the deposit).
