There is broadband internet available in the lodge.

An open plan living space, which houses a dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV with Freeview and kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the utilities you would expect with a one and a half unit sink and draining board, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan over hob, microwave, fridge with internal freezer compartment and plenty of cupboard space with both base and wall units. The bedroom includes a double bed with linen, two bed stands with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The windows of this lodge look out over the expansive communal gardens, and with separate access to each lodge you are free to come and go as you please giving an easier and more comfortable living option than staying within a hotel. Self Catering Prices

Monthly Prices – £710 PCM all inclusive for 4/5 Star Accommodation (all properties have full kitchens).

Extra £12 per night for a second person.

Weekly Prices – £50 per night staying from Monday to Friday (four nights).

Extra £15 per night for a second person.

I night stay £60, £12 per night for a second person

All Lodges are fully serviced, linen changed on a weekly basis.
Price includes electricity, gas, rates, water charges, all linen, bedding, towels etc.

All our accommodation is completely private and awarded “Quality in tourism” Four Star.

Please remember that all of our ground floor Lodge’s are completely private with their own front doors which means no shared facilities for complete privacy and of course you can come and go just as you please and of course our premises are always kept spotlessly clean.

We are located : Only half a mile from the lovely old Town of Market Bosworth with its many restaurants,pubs,shops ,bank and all other amenities and only 900 yards from Bosworth Hall.

All rooms are NON SMOKING. There are table and chairs provided outside for smokers.

Terms & Conditions

There is a £80 Holding deposit which reserves and secures the booking and required property.(returned)

There is a £150 Security deposit which is reserved in case of theft or damages (returned)

2 bedroom properties – rent to be paid four weekly in advance

1 bedroom properties- rent to be paid one month in advance

First rental payment must be cleared funds before commencement of tenancy agreement is signed.

Security deposit to be retained by landlord until departure and inspection of property.

We require tenants to give two weeks notice before departure.
